GALAMSEY MINNERS ATTACKS KABLMA CHIEF

the over lord of the Gonja Traditional Council Yagbonwura Sulemana tuntumba Bori Essa I has sermon the chief and youth of Kabalma Traditional Area in the Bole district over chieftaincy dispute.

The paramount chief charged the chief of Kabalma to bring a cow with two fowls for the chief priest to purify the land for peaceful co-substance among the chief and youth of Kablma.

The sermon was as a result of an alarm raised by the chief of Kabalma in relation to five strong guys who attacked him in his room to assassinate him.
The knives were brough to the Yabonwura's palace by the chief for investigation.

though the youth denied the allegation, the paramount chief asked them to bring two sheep with fowls for purification of the land.

The youth together with the Mbonwura thus the warriors of Kabalma, and Wangara insisted that the chief of Kabalma should be diskined for allegedly lying that the youth attempted killing him.

the case was first reported to Bole wura Amankawah Seidu Gbeadase II who in an attempt to find solution to the problem failed. The Wangara and the warriors were uncooperative and violent. He therefore called on the police in BOle for safety.
The Wangara chief was arrested and was first tried in the Bole Magistrate court.

The Yagbonwura in his wisdom called the Kabalma chief and the Bole wura to order and insisted a quick withdrawal of the case from the court.
He stressed that cheiftaincy disputes were better solved within the traditional council in the palace than the court.

He appealed to the youth to accept the chief.
